WM Repair or replace?
I looked at a WM EGH-95 which is apox. 15 yrs. old. The forth section is leaking slightly above the rear bottom boss. Every thing on this thing is covered in rust. Its located in a pit and was underwater a few months back. The local utility changed the gas train and burners and alerted owner of the leak. The insurance carrier wants prices to repair and replace, but I'm a little concerned if I do get job and its to repair that it may create additional problems and or nightmare. How far would you go? If the section in question isn't cracked would you just replace the gasket(s)?
What would you do?

don't waste your time
REPLACE it or you will be working for nothing & then replacing it anyway0 -

get some prices you will find most will not give you a price to repair --or they will give a price with no guarantee -- in NY typically most insurance companies would have told you to replace -any submerged appliance
