What a great job, found water flooding into pit for firetube water boiler for building and 0 psi in boiler. Started breaking out concrete at back of boiler where return dissapears under slab, found 2 holes about 4ft back, pipe in too rough of shape to weld. Put temp large dia hose on, still water flooding from further in slab. Dug out more and got to section with more holes, now about 9ft back under boiler room wall. Dug all out and cut pipe again. Put longer hose on, still not weldable. double strapped with stainless bands. Filled last night, ahah, they now have heat after couple days cold in high 20 degree temps outside. I think now some happier tenants. What a muddy mess. Tim
