Like to know if these systems work for a 2 family house? What about a large house 5000 sqft? What about the leg of cold water? Do you need more than 1 for this? What is the latest in this field? Also geothermal is it able to be used in queens ? If so what are the requirements ?Thanks Bobby

Got to Rinnai's website. They have a sizing page and all the info you need...

Another way...
... to get there might be to look at demand pumping (www.gothotwater.com) and the AO Smith Vertex or another condensing heater. If you google "Gary Klein structured plumbing" you'll find some interesting articles on making piping more water and energy efficient while delivering hot water faster.
