    Hi,

Who besides Dan H is considered a steam expert particularly on low pressure commercial applications?

    Best Regards,

    I nominate

Brad White and Steamhead. Both have given me more free advice than should be allowed.

Brad - the counter - flow coil piping discussion you and I had on here remains a constant topic of conversation at my company.

    I am humbled

to be included in the same sentence with Steamhead, but on matters steam, he, Noel, Mad Dog, Al, Gill & Pajek and a host of others (including our host), are my mentors and continue to be. But, thank you. :)

Wow, I had no idea that counter-flow discussion had such a reach. That makes this all worth-while. I learn every day here.

    integrity

Shoot Brad , you talk to me on here like a next-door neighbor...I just have to phrase the question as if it were an RFI and your all over it , lol.

And Steamhead ...he will just roll up out of Baltimore and be at your boiler working on a dare...for real.

And yeah Brad , you just understand the questions I ask ( the commercial perspective ).

The best in the business frequent this site for sure , and operate it for that matter.-m

timco, thank you so very much for my inclusion into the most honorable society of low pressure steam experts.
all i can say is: [as did isaac newton] "i have stood on the shoulders of giants"[here]
in any event there should be no distinction between high-pressure, and low-pressure steam. unless it's low pressure, it just does not work!!--nbc
  • don't forget

Don't forget Boilerpro, he's another regular input here...

    Thankfully

you and Steamhead have the temerity to break out of this rather enjoyable circular back-patting and get to the root of the matter :)

    I'd like to add

Gerry Gill and Steve Pajek. Excellent steam work, and they invent stuff!

    Terry T

steam; proportioned minitube; trapless; jet pump return; vac vent. New Yorker CGS30C

  • invent stuff

and really great stuff!!!!!but is any new thing really invented--aren't we merely rediscovering things the "dead men" forgot to tell us about?[and i am not resricting this to heating!]--nbc
