Last week, removed one side of a hydrotherm 420 btu hot water boiler, two blocks in one jacket. 11,000 sf home with 2 #80 WM indirects and 30 sunrads and radiant. Heat works fine with only 210,000 btus. Blows my mind. In brooklyn.
