Do you want to clean inside or outside? If lead paint and you want to remove, that is best left to a professional paint stipping company

cleaning
I'm looking for advice on how to clean the old radiators in my apartment. The apartment is 80 years old, so the radiators are probably about that age, too. They haven't been cleaned in decades, from what I can tell. Likely they were painted with lead paint at some point. Please help!0 -
Simple Green
and a scrub brush. If they do not get clean enough try again with a little fake TSP. Leave the paint there. I saw a thing about paint an radiators, here or a link from here. The outer coat of paint is the one that matters. Do not use metalic paint as it holds the heat in.
