There's a guy over at Hearth.com in the boiler room who has an aluminum block condensing boiler with pin holes in it. He's looking for advice as to whether it can be sealed with anything temporarily. Anyone here have any success with a particular "Band-aid" type substance?

replace it !
I have seen some continue to run for months as long as it can prove flame and the condensate trap is not blocked they just limp along . I dont know of any band aid? You should find out what caused the problem and fix it . Look at water quality.0
