heatting saving 20%

I have a house with 4 zones.
Main house #1
Family room #2
Office #3
Bathroom radiant #4

Heating boiler Munchkin 140M
Domestic Super Store 45 gallon
Boiler has outdoor re-set and domestic hot water priority
I wanted to minimize the boiler sequencing.
I took the largest demand zone main floor zone #1 and connected the thermostat and zone pump directly to the boiler.
The rest of the zones and pumps are connected to a Taco multi zone relay and disconnected the relay end switch.
The boiler only fires when the main zone calls. The other zones only call their pumps and not the boiler.

I lowered the domestic boiler temp set point to 155*f so the boiler will be in the condensing mode on a domestic call. Recovery is a little slower.

My savings this year compared to last year are over 20%.

So, if I understand you correctly,, you turned the heat off in these zones & just circulated the system water?
Of course there will be savings,, I mean how can there not be?

The heat was still on, the other zones they just didnt call the boiler.
They only got heat when the main house was calling..
