can't find the original thread, thought I had it bookmarked but????? I am so proud of myself I just had to post my progress. Since Wetstock in Denver I have lost 28 pounds and am lower than I have been in 25 years It is such an awesome feeling Ruthe

    Thats fantastic.

    I think since we've started I've added about 3 pounds. I'm going the wrong direction but it's more fun going this way!

    Seriously though I have to hit it hard once the holidays are over, or go out and buy bigger pants!
