This is the REAL deal for commercial modulating condensing boilers. I've posted about the Viessman controller , so I felt the need to post the positive. This has to be the best on the market...I had no O&M and this control was no problem to operate. I hope that Fulton markets this as a stand alone control for any brand / application and becomes so successful that others just adopt this control and print thier name on the enclosure. They really should.

    mod boiler controls

Fulton seems to have done their homework, nice to see a boiler manufacture addressing those issues. It reminds me of the heat timer controls. Another new control starting to really get notice is the TPC control. http://www.flowintel.com/innovations.htm The control can be installed in a retrofit or new build wirelessly or wired and by monitoring supply, return, outdoor, and flow sensors determine actual building heat loss and stage and modulate any combination of modulating condensing and non condensing boilers as needed. Great for jockey boiler, hybrid condensing and non condensing, all condensing, or all non condensing boiler installations.
Ever get the call for a school or commercial boiler replacement and have no idea what size boiiler to replace it with. Install the control and it will datalogg the heat loss of the building for you. I am sorry if I sound like a salesman I am just really impressed with what this control can do, and this thread seamed like a good place to share.
