thermostat for steam

Guys,
I am looking to replace the thermostat in my house. I currently have a honeywell chronotherm which is noisy. It also seems to cycle on/off frequently.
I have a one pipe system.
Which model of thermostat would your recommend?
Thanks..............

i switched from the chronotherm to a honeywell visionpro, with the cycles set to steam [1 cph].
if your boiler is short cycling, you might search on here for disscusions on "anticipator".
i like the digital feature of precise temperature setting.if we want to set the temp down, and open the windows for a while;we can always get back to the right degree setting.
if you do not use night-setback, then the t-87 hockey puck might work for less money.--nbc

I have a cronotherm on one pipe steam and adjust the anticipator for a greater temp variance to not cycle as much, but is yours cycling from pressure cut off or the thermostat. On a Cronotherm you can see the anticipator wil the cover off and adjust it easily, a new electronic unit may be a bigger headache. How often does it cycle, the longer the run times the more efficent it is.

    Mark,
The thermostat is a T8085a. Its currently set at .2 on the anticipator. It cycles maybe 3-4 times per hour.
Its not cycling from pressure cut off.
How would I set the anticipator?
