Sweet little old blind Jewish lady, now deceased unfortunately. Worked as a nurse in a post WWI VA hospital and told me a few stories. She used to call me "The Doctor". Whenever she heard my voice she'd get all excited and say, "The doctor is here!" She was one of my all time favorites. ;)

Yep!

That's my latest accolade/title from a grateful customer. I was able to wade through a mess left by another poor scorched air technician over his head in hot water, and make sense of things and bring the hydronics to workability. Oh sure I wave off the compliments with a laugh and a shrug, but once I'm out in my truck and around the corner, I do a little dance behind the wheel of my truck. Does that make me a bad person with an ego the size of Cleveland. Nah! Just thankful for something nice said to me. What compliments have you guys earned that you keep in your heart? Share please. I've been called lots of things...

My favorite was... "the guy who got rid of that God Awful noise forever"

All it took was a phone call or two to the maker, a couple new parts...and I'm now, "the Guy", for the customer...and the whole family!.

I'd like to have had a video camera on Wayne doing the Van Dance! Next years AFHV's winner...for sure. Chris

A sweat 103 year old lady, now passed, lived in a house since the 1930's. Her system BAngED big time. She told me that's how she knew her heat was on.

We made the noise go away, so her last years were spent in peace.

She called me "My Magic Man."
