    I thought it was a non-fiction book about a family being held captive by their big, mean step-boiler and the last line of the book was "and they all lived happily ever-after"..

    I have all of dans books

    I keep a second copy of golden rules in the truck but wanted a little more to show HO's on service calls. With this book I can keep it in the truck and it's simplicity makes point's easy.

    After reading Dan's books I am sure the info is all the same but I never fail to learn or re learn a valuable point.

    Almost done with it and have found every page a gem. I try to get my fellow tradesmen to get these books, unfortunately I get called in to help on a problem I say ya it was in the book I told you about didn't you read it.

    There reply "NO" but I know you did.
