TT Solo 110

I installed a Triangle Tube Solo 110 about a 2 months ago. We have been getting an E14 error about every 4 to 7 days. Press reset and the boiler will fire fine for another 4 to 7 days. Called tech support and have performed the following action based upon there input:

Dried the electrical connection with a blow dryer. They stated there have been some moisture issues with these connection.
Checked for any voltage across Neutral and ground- None found
Removed the outdoor sensor input-still getting the E14 error
Replaced the MCBA module and separated all control wiring in the boiler.

Any input would be appreciated on what this error is and how to solve.

Thanks

I don't have my install book in front of me but I think that is

an electrical fault code. I would check the ground back to source and check neutral and hot. Check for good connections all the way to panel. Will check further if this does not help. Tim

    error code

I have seen a couple (2) of the Prestige boilers lately with incorrect wiring may want to check and make sure wires all go where they are supposed too. Wiring on the boiler did not match wiring in the schematic. After the wiring was changed to match the schematic, fired right up.
