The squiggly line represents "phase".
as in 1 phase, 230 volt.
At least, that's always been my take on it.

tekmar with wilo
I am installing a tekmar 420 control with a wilo stratos as the distribution pump. The control contacts puts out 110 volt but the circulator needs to receive 230 volts. Can anyone suggest a relay that will make this happen.0 -
relay
you can get relays with 110v coils, try releco or omron, I believe tekmar also offer one in their catalog.0 -
Please contact me via e-mail
I have a few options for you.

110v
come to think of it, they do say "1~230v" on the rating plate, so I would think 110 would be ok, best to get it from the horses mouth though.0 -
Yep
The Wilo Stratos is 230 volt, single phase.
