ac mode fan blower shuts off at temp heat mode it cont. to run

in THE MAIN WALL
I have a newer rheem system with electric ac and heat with heat pump with honeywell vision pro 8320 t-stat. In ac mode when the temp is reached the fan blows for additional 90 sec and completely shuts off this is normal however in heat mode the fan cont. to blows even after the temp is reached and after the 90 sec after. i have to shut it down at circuit breaker for blower to stop and if i turn breaker back on it will begin to run again
