Boiler recommendation?

my suggestion as well. Laars HT330 with domestic same deal.

I did a job w/ Andy Morgan last year and he did 26-27 of these in an apt. building reno. Each had the Laars driving a baseboard zone and making DHW.

The TT Excellence combo may work too, but it's bigger due to the 20 gallon storage vessel within.

    boiler recommendation

Can anyone recommend a boiler for a closet installation. The closet is only 36"x30" (8' ceiling). Preferably something that can make domestic hot water and handle one high temp baseboard zone. Direct vent is probably the only way to go and if possible, without an indirect. The apt is only 800 sq. ft. price is a big factor on this job but if doing away with an indirect will save time and money I'm all over it. The termination kit my be a concern as well seeings that its on the 4th floor with a hairy property line.

    Thanks!

    Just a Thought

Boilers typically require 24" clearance in front of the burner. I'm not sure of the cost or labor involved in sidewall venting. Assuming gas fired. But possibly a gas-fired baseboard heater and an instaneous hot water heater in the closet. Just a thought.

    Baxi luna/Modulo

It seems that the Baxi luna with the Modulo water heater may fit this situation ! It is kinda like a stackable washer/dryer..(very small foot print)

    Baxi?

I checked availability on the Baxi Luna and the Modulo and the rep suggested the 310 which will do both heat & domestic. Any cons to the 310?
