York defrost boards

Hi all,
Need info on a York defrost board. It flashes 5 times. It is a 031-00832 and made by honeywell. The literature is faded and can't read.
Anyone have the lit for it? There are multible units at this school.

#5 fault
Is a defrost fault. The control has to calculate a "default defrost" on Two consecutive defrost cycles. This is usualy caused by a faulty liquid line sensor, or low refrigerant charge. The sensor is a standard 10K sensor and should read 32,000ohm @32'F ( ice water). That unit with a clear coil should have a liquid line temp. that is 10' below ambiant when the refrigerant charge is correct. Hope this helps!
