RE: service
I have been using the Triangle Tube Prestige boilers for 3 years now and have had very few issues. The Prestige boiler is probably considered a higher end boiler and seems to be built with much higher quaility components. On the other end of the spectrum, I install a much less expensive chimney vented boiler that I have had may issues. Out of the 5 last installed, 3 had gas valves that did not operate properly (a fourth seem to settle down) and now there is another recall on the vent dampers.
I have reached a point that I am now charging an additional premium on the less expensive boilers because warranty issues and defective parts run up my costs considerably.
Something to think about.
