anyone calibrate their own tester?

I have a bacharach 125 pro and bought a new O2 sensor & nitrogen test gas, but did not realize I needed a regulator. I found a reg here in town but it is only .25 lpm and I am waiting on a call back from Rudy. Any idea if this reg will do what I need??
