What's wrong with this picture?

Went on a no heat call this afternoon. Water is running out the bottom of the five year old W-McL SGO-3 about as fast as it will go in. Seems the unit cracked. There are burn marks in the middle of the jacket which point to fire escaping between the sections. But check the piping.
