Leaks in hrdronic system

We have just finished plumbing a hydronic heating system boiler and have a small problem.

There is a slow leak, about 1.5 psi/hour pressure drop starting at 30 psi.

We can isolate the boiler and part of the primary circuit so that the leak possibility is confined to the boiler, copper pipe and the associated solder joints, the air separater with it's vent and threaded connections and some ball valves used to isolate the parts of the system.

We have tried putting liquid soap on the joints etc and saw no bubbles.

Is this leak too slow to blow bubbles?

Is there a better way to find the leak?
