taco wiring zone valves and circ

I have a existing oil fire boiler with 1 circulator running 2 zone valves. The existing boiler has a tankless that is gone and the Homeowner wants to install a 40 gallon superstor indirect heater. I know how to wire the system with all zone valves including the indirect tank using a taco 3 zone control with priority but i would rather run a circ on the storage tank loop. I am not sure if i just use a 2 zone switching relay for pumps and wire the indirect on priority and move the existing circ. (which is currently running to the c1 and c2 terminals on the aquastat) to the new relay box but im not sure what goes into the thermostat connection on that side seeing we are using zone valves. I mean does it just make sense to run a zone valve for the storage tank just not sure of the cons to this besides being slow opening any help i would appreciate.

Thanks shawn
