Change radiant from electric hot water heater to hot water coil

I installed a radiant heating system using Dan's book " Hydronic Radiant Heating. It was very helpful. The system works great (except for the electric bill). I am currently replacing my oil furnace with a Coal fire warm air furnace with a hot water coil. I would like to feed the old electric hot water tank (radiant heat) as well as a separate electric water heater for my potable water. How do I plumb everything? Do I add a heat exchanger for the potable water. I could sure use some help. The PEX heating coil contains about 7 gal. The heating coil will supply about 200 gal. per hour. Thank you
