British Boiler Water Temps

I'm considering buying a panel radiator from the UK. Listed in the info is the BTU output but, the temp of the water is not listed. I called and asked about water temp and all they would say is that it operates at 50 deg delta T. So whats the temp? They don't know what the boiler temp is, so maybe Jimmy Gilles or anybody thats familiar with europian systems would know. Thanks

EU Boiler Temps
We are restricted to 75 C as the max. I believe that is 167 F0 -
Radiator heat emissions
The 50 deg Centigrade deltaT is the difference between the room air temperature and the mean water temperature.
Air temperature would be around 20 degC, meaning the mean water temperature would be 70, i.e., 75/65 flow return, or 80/60 etc..
If you do a Google search you'll probably find an on-line brochure, like this one, giving output correction factors and units in degF & BTU/hr.
