radient floor

in THE MAIN WALL
I have a radient floor system and can not get the gpms over 1/2 gpm the manifold is a watts each zone has 200' and there are 3 total there is a taco007 and a watts mixing valve to temp the water. I think it is the temp valve restricting the flow pipe size is 3/4"

    sounds like....

    a piping issue... how is the mix valve piped?
