First what about a boiler with a coil? or what about 2 hot air furnaces so when the temps are in th 50's the smaller would handle it. sometimes this works we have a club that has 4 100,000 btu furnaces all indepentent of each other just a thought.

I put in a 350,000 oil from their commercial line last year and it was made pretty well. They may have a 400.

this customer is not a good paying customer // so they are only getting as near a replacement as i can get with minimal sheetmetal work -- no new engineering, design no copper piping --it will still have the oil line flushed, new electrical ,change oil filter --a quality job but certainly nothing exceptional -- we may just go with the 400,000 btu Cox furnace -- turns out ,they were running the old 1 at a reduced firing rate the site has about 16 boilers, 8 water heaters , 3 furnaces we have never worked on the furnaces, until this past week0
