And I thought I get all the weird stuff. One thing you could do is sell him a REAL boiler. He probably isn't going to do it but I think I'd put in a buffer tank with a coil and use a reset control to control the tank outlet temps to the radiation. Seeing a lot more on demand water heaters being used like this, kinda crazy I think.

    Nice & neat, but the H/O can`t seem to keep propane in his tank.
    Open system, no design temps(guesses), but I`ll figure-it out for free!(so he thinks)LOL.
    Any input?
