Thanks Mitch,
I checked the head on the boiler and tank, the 15-58 on high speed is giving me a 20 deg delta. the boiler doesn't produce any lockouts or red screens and when heat is off it produces a ton of hot water. Heats the tank from 50deg street temp in about 12 mins.

    w/m ultra pics

Here are some pics of a series 3 105 we installed friday. 110 year old house, cast iron rads, the basement was less than 6' tall. We were crippled by the end of the day. Space was at a premium down there.

The old boiler's tag said it was cleaned and tuned by big blue in June 08. Maybe more like 1998..

We are having issues with DHW control on the boiler so the aquastat and pump are disconnected in the pics. See the other ultra thread. Went back there this afternoon to see if I missed anything...but i guess i have to wait for the rep in the morning.

    thanks

we have 2 # 30's due to all the cast iron rads, and 1 potable above the indirect.

I see you did not use a plus tank

sure you have the right flow rate on DHW

Nice pictures, except the first and last ones. It's nice to get to see someone elses install. Boilers aren't as prevelant here in the upper midwest, so I have mostly learned from myself. Pictures like yours give me new ideas. Quality job!
