Big problem in a small boiler room

1. Hot water or steam system? Coil or no coil?

2. How did you come up with 180,000 BTUH? Unless you did a heat-loss calculation (on hot water) or radiation count (on steam), this figure might not be accurate. Who knows, you might be able to use a smaller boiler. Many currently installed boilers are way oversized.

I've never installed one, but the Moscone boiler with the burner on top might be a good fit here.

I have a job with a leaking WM 568. The owner wants the highest effiency replacement he can get. The problem is I only have five feet to work with. No way any of these tripple pass boilers will fit. I need 180,000 BTU. And I am not certified for any of the condensing oil fired units. Any Ideas Welcome......
