burnham scg control problem

I started a burnham scg gas boiler today and it runs continuously without any call for heat, tt disconnected and it only shuts down by the hi limit control.
I replaced the combo transformer/relay, honeywell R8285D,
still the same problem. The blower relay pulls in as soon as the boiler is energized and the boiler fires up. It seems that there may be a problem with the factory control wiring. Any suggestions.

I would very carefully check the wiring again. Maybe even unwire completely and very deliberately connect each wire exactly as the wiring diagram shows.0
