tiger loop ultra

Wondering if any one has had any promblems with the ultra model,i have used standard tigerloops and never had a promblem but just recently i have had promblems with the ultra model ,promblem being the chamber would not prime ,the filter portion did fill except the chamber did not get any oil nor did the burner wondering if it's me or have anyone else ran into this promblem with the ultra model ,peace and good lucl clammy
