Help with Erie Boiler Boss 601

I have an intermittent problem when the Aquastat calls for the DHW pump to turn on. Aquastat is connected to the T1 terminals. (I did check that there was a short between the T1 terminals.) The T1 LED and pump do not turn on. I tried replacing the pump relay but still having the intermittent issue. Thanks in advance for any advice. -Ed

I think
my problem is the DHW is calling for heat for more than 1 hour, which according to the manual, locks out the DHW circuit. My question is: Does the lock out occur no matter if it's set up for Priority or not? Priority was not Enabled. Thanks -Ed0
