You could use steel pipe's informatiom for this. at least the air should move slightly easier through the PVC.

Air pressure drop in PVC pipe...

Here is an odd ball question. I have a research facility project that has 32 bathtub sized isolation enclosures. I'm to pull filtered outside air thru a hydronic coil, thru the enclosures (negative pressure to room) to maintain about 70F, and out thru another set of HEPA filters with a Spencer turbine vacuum pump. All the ductwork is PVC. I've looked in ASHRAE, google(radon sizing, etc.) and haven't found a chart for AIR pressure drop in PVC. 2" thru 4" sched 40, from 0 to 350 cfm. None of the round metal duct charts go down below 4". I want to get some idea what my pressure drop is for the system circuits at max air flows. Any ideas???

condensing furnace and boiler manf. use pvc as air transport to there units I would select a unit that the BTUs can be translated to a combustion air to gas ratio 1:1 or .9:1 and use there fitting chart. for your application a 350M boiler combustion air design should supply you with the answer.
