Is my boiler oversized ?

This is my first posting.
I'd like first to thank everyone on the Wall for teaching
me everything I know about steam heating. Reading the Wall
is so addictive.
My boiler is working fine; but I need your help to determine if my calculation is correct that the boiler is oversize.
Radiator made: American Standard,
5 tube type, 2.5" section-section

Output: 145000 Btuh
Sq. Ft. Steam: 454 (I hope this include 33% pickup factor)
Calculation:
(381/454)*100 = 83.92%
