an old W/M Gold yesterday. It had a bad igniter. No problem getting a new one from a supply house, but the old one was stuck in the boiler. The screws wouldnt come out and were frozen in the block. To get the old ignitor out I had to break the heads off the screws. Co-incidently the new igniter came with new screws so I'm inclined to think this is a common problem with this boiler. I could not get the screws out of the block. I soaked them in Kroil anti seize spray, heated around them with a torch. They wouldnt budge. Has anyone had the same problem and what was your solution? I would say it would be drill and tap for new screws, put anti
seize on the screws when you put them in. Tim0
