End switch in Thermostat, Zone Valve or TACO?
I am a home owner, I have swapped out zone valves
and other minor items, but need a bit of
direction.
Thanks for your help.

            Help troubleshoot zone valve.
Please help troubleshoot a distribution problem: Symptoms.
1.Zone 1 Thermostat calls for heat. TACO control shows light on for zone 1 thermostat, but light for zone valve does not come on. Water is not moving in system.
2. Turn on a second zone thermostat. TACO control shows both second zone thermostat and valve on and that zone works fine.
3. Once the second zone thermostat is turned on, the original #1 zone works in conjunction, the zone valve light comes on, and water moves through zone 1.
What would cause the non working zone to begin to work, only when a second zone is turned on? Is it in the transformer for the zone valve or the zone valve? Or the TACO controller?
