Should I get rid of my electric oil radiiators?

My question is: Am I saving money on gas to heat only the 1st floor of my house by turning off the 2nd floor steam radiators and replacing them with electric oil filled radiators? I usually have them on low and do get heat from downstairs heat rising up. Thanks in advance.

yes,
and if you replace all the steam rads with electric, you'll save a ton on your gas bill.... BUT I'd hate to see your electric bill?
where I'm from, electric heating cost are about 4x that of gas, last time i checked.(approximate)0
