Easy fix...just extended the pipe to a dry area of the crawl space, and told her to call me in a couple years to re-move it...I did not get a picture of water heater in the middle of the kitchen all painted...

Call was for a wierd smell coming from under the house. Here is what I found. There was a pool and you can see the drain pipe that was filling it for years...
