adjusting baseboard radiator

You would never get that screw to move if you'r life depended on it. It is a plug for an air vent and if removed, water will shoot out of the BB rad. It is not an adjustment. Your aquastat on the boiler controls water temp, and the fill valve controls pressure.

baseboard radiator
I have a small bath radiator on a two pipe steam system with turn screw on top. (See pictures) Is this an adjusting screw? It does get hot. I am just wanting to know if I can adjust it.0
