Sorry, I just responded to the other thread and saw this one.
I hate to sound like a broken record but I would go for the low mass system 2000 hands down.

System 2000 compared to Buderus
A similar question to that below. Need to replace my oil fired Burnham boiler with new one and am comparing System 2000 to Buderus G115-4. House was built in 1990 and is approximately 3600 sq. ft (long- 84 ft) with copper baseboard heating. Will also need hot water tank and dealer sells SuperStor 45 gal v. Buderus 40 gal. Will be in house 5-8 yrs and looking for efficiency and low maintenance costs. Price of 2 systems is similar, Buderus perhaps $400 less. Any advice?

Harvey, saw your answers below and just wanted confirmation. Thanks.
Any thought on the hot water systems?

SSU 45 is w S2k. Buderus has its own hot water tank.
thanks Robert

I'd
go with the EK flate plate system over an indirect. The purge cycle won't be as effective with an indirect. You can get a stainless tank with EK if you want
