How about wastewater treatment plant operators? There's hardly a day they aren't around the "stuff". Headworks screens, lift stations, septage receiving stations, sludge thickeners, drying beds. It's everywhere. That has to be worse than day care worker.

Guess you never stopped into a daycare in the cold season. Yuck is all I have to say. Ands I was sawing a plug off earlier in the week off of a plugged mainline cleanout, and I say glad I am a plumber.Cost is what you spend , value is what you get.

wastewater treatment workers i've been in all of westchester countys' treatment plants an let me tell you when you walk into the hallway to the boiler room at the truck filling station theres' more than enough piles of sludge around. the smell alone caused 2 helpers to go to lunch and not come back i used to work on methane booster pumps and have changed grit seperator tanks /////// i had 1 where we took out a 4" spindle and put it aside went back to work on the seperator -my eyes burning turn around and the damn thing was smoldering /////////anyway the plants i've been to a lot of the work is contractors not much in-house contact with the "fun stuff" now CDC scientists theres a risky business0
