recalled venting upgrade

I am trying to get info. on a mid 1990's Weil McLain GV Series high eff. boiler. The pvc exhaust elbow, just as it exits the the boiler has cracked and I am trying to up grade to a stainless exhaust vent. My local heating supply co. has given me two parts with four bolt patterns to attach to the boiler but the existing cracked elbow seems to have been factory installed with silicone (no bolts). The ser. # is CP 2563544 input BTU is 140k. Has anybody seen one of these before?

Have your heating supplier look for Weil-McLain part # 382-200-350. That is the vent ell replacement kit for the GV ser 1 & 2. Hope this helps.
