Remove hot water baseboard in a single room

I'm remodeling a bathroom and will be replacing the hot water basebord only in that room with radiant flooring (electric). The covers will go and the fins will need to be removed entirely. Is there a way to simply "cap off" the radiator at the incoming water pipe at each radiator and will it have a negative effect on the rest of the system? It's a 2 zone system (this bathroom is upstairs). The house was built in 1992.
Thanks for any advice.

    rad out

Maybe, no other answer without seeing system. Most systems are series loop and taking out a rad stops flow in entire loop. If you have room in bath floor and don't want to pay someone to look, you could just connect a pipe between the 2 current pipes, that way you maintain flow just in case. A pro would put in a vent here so air couldn't be trapped. Good luck.

If you wanted to do some radiant in the bathroom using water, you could do this (see attachment) and still maintain the integrity of the loop.

Among the cons, the rooms on the loop after the bathroom will recieve cooler water than they did before. Depending on the load and the current baseboard size, it may not make a differance.

If possible you could move the fin tube to beind the tub. This will do wonders to keep the tub warm during cold weather, expecially if it is on an outside wall.
