Whitsle while it doesn't work Baxi Luna 310

I have a Baxi Luna 310 Fi that likes to make a loud whistle when it is not being used. If the sytem is not in operation, the system makes a loud whistle that can be heard throughout the house. The sound is not coming from the pipes, it is coming from the box on the wall. The noise will stop if you call for hot water from any tap in the house. Any thoughts or suggestions as to where to start troubleshooting?

    I think this boiler has a diverting vavle to take the boiler to domestic priority I would start whith this maybe something in the valve or the valve wont close all the way causeing the heatexchanger to turn to steam when theres no domestic load and the boiler has stoped firing ,
    what temp is the boiler running at?
