Semi-Automatic Steam Boiler Skimming

of the set-up we used to skim a recently installed steam boiler. The basement where this boiler was installed is finished and carpeted, so the prospect of lugging 5 gal. buckets of scalding hot dirty water out of the boiler room did not appeal on any level.
