Packless or packing type radiator valves???

Just doing a survey from the rest of you all. Just had a Marsh radiator valve, packless, shipped to me. Nice looking domestic valve but wondering what everyone's opinion is on packless or packed. What's your favorite manual type valve, make etc. Any problems w/ leaks etc on the packless type?? ps, mostly hot water application. Thanks in advance, Tim
