circulators not working

in THE MAIN WALL
got my oil burner going.but the circulators just seem to sort of hum.any ideas? thanks.

    If you have power to it either it's air bound or not spinning. From here it depends on what type circulater....

    heres where martial arts comes in handy *~/:)

    use the old palm heel strike to the face of the motor..:)
