Copper Fin Tube Radiation

I ran into a type of base board radiator I have not seen before, hope someone can help me identify. It is copper fin tube, 1/2" copper tubes, inlet-outlet on the same end with U-bend at the opposite end. The aluminum fin pack is 5.5" high, 2.0" deep. The fin tube inside the enclosure has a fin spacing of 6 FPI. The exposed fin tube in the basement has fin spacing of 4 FPI. I am trying to identify btu/ linear feet at 150 up to 180 degrees F average water temp.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Dean
