We did a house for a customer and a burnham atmosperic lp boiler was installed with baseboard around 8 years ago. He just build a new house right next to it and I installed a Vitodens 200 with panel rads and TRV's (homeruns to each). Obviously I am comparing fuel consumption and comfort, but is there anything else you guys might be looking at?
Both house are within 100 sqft of each other.
Thanks for any input.

Electrical consumption
comes to mind, anything from a baseline of kWH used in the non-heating season before the appliances were installed.0 -
Oh the variables.......
lets start by saying hopefully building practices over the last 8 yr have improved a bit.
then you have total window areas
hopefully this house is better insulated than the last?
northwestern window area?
how about dryer usage? run a dryer 30 minutes a day, that's a lot of air that gets pulled from the frozen outdoors?
and maybe those dang kids keep leaving the door ajar? more air infiltration.
